Frequently Asked Questions

Who does Honey B Speech Therapy serve?
Honey B Speech Therapy serves children from birth to 18 years of age in Mobile County and surrounding areas.

What do I need before my child’s evaluation?
You will need a physician’s referral from your child’s pediatrician prior to their evaluation. You will also receive several intake forms such as developmental history, consent for therapy, etc, that will need to be completed before the evaluation.

What does a free phone consultation entail?
During the phone consultation, Beka will take time to discuss any concerns or questions you may have regarding your child’s speech and language development. She will also address any concerns your child’s pediatrician may have concerning their communication skills. Beka will also go over the evaluation process and what you will need to do prior to the evaluation. We believe that establishing a good relationship with the family initially, helps create a good foundation for your child in therapy.
